Commit to an hour each day, of cumulative subconscious shifts through these activities. The time spent on each one can be quite flexible. The times given are smart suggestions for the minimum amount to engage in each day. The more time you invest daily, the faster you will see the results for yourself. This also includes how far you want to take each internal, subconscious shift, as they all exist on a spectrum of intensity. For example, self-control is not a matter of being present or absent, but rather a matter of the amount of self control you have. The same holds true for most beliefs, such as your level of deep subconscious self-worth, or ability to be a healthy risk taker, or confidence you have in a specific situation.
Did you know that your perception of self-control usually does not match your ability for self-control?
