Air Meet allows for "breakout rooms", just like zoom, but they are called "tables" and offer better options. 

The weekly online group meetings will be have:

CARF INTERNATIONAL ACCREDIDATION

Leap of Courage has begun the process!  This is the highest standard that is required by state and federal governments in order to receive grant funding.  Jessica was in the governor's office in the fall of 2024, speaking to the governor's advisor about this process. Leap of Courage is on it's way to also becoming a state mandated program for those who have broken the law with sex-related crimes. This is to allow for healing to take place to prevent repeat offenders.  There is no other program as comprehensive as Leap of Courage that offers such deep healing from addictions and other unwanted behaviors.

Note: Leap of courage is already full and complete. The Accreditation doesn't provide better results for participants. In fact, we expect CARF to upgrade its mandatory checklist to others after they see what we are providing over here! We hold ourselves to higher standards than what the accreditation requires.

What about other addictions? 

The ONLY way to heal from addiction is to address EVERY ADDICTION that someone has.  

We all know that digital addiction runs rampant. In fact, most people with a smart phone have some level of addiction/compulsive checking/mindless doom scrolling. 

This massively lowers productivity, attention span, creativity, study habits/test scores, discipline, and it  things such as increases anxiety, and creates/ worsens ADHD. 

Addictive choices and behaviors happen when someones nervous system us unsettled, anxious, experiencing doubt, low self worth, etc....

We deep dive into root causes, so that the surface level symptom of "addictive choices" can actually be resolved.

ADDICTION IS ALWAYS A SYMPTOM OF SOMETHING DEEPER. 

We have each man learn how to identify EVERY addictive escapism in his life, and we wrk with all of them: 

✅ Porn

✅ video games 

✅ Social media (any digital addiction) 

✅ Alcohol/substances 

✅ Ego boosting external validation seeking (from low self worth)

✅ People-pleasing that leads to self-abandonment (very common)

✅ Gambling 

✅ Online shopping 

✅ Food Addictions 

We must address ALL addictions that someone shows up with, otherwise it fuels the ones we don't address. 

"Dopamine Switching" is what happens in most other recovery programs. They simply "teach" someone who to stop a specific addictive behavior, without addressing the root cause. Then, that person goes to a different source of addictive dopamine. They didn't heal from addiction.

Remember: 

✅Most men who have join LOC have been Christian men (married and single) 

✅ If a single man wants to wait till marriage before having sex, he is almost certainly watching porn (this is one reason why there might be more Christian men watching porn)

✅ However.... men who have sexually available wives find themselves very addicted. This is because porn provides more DOPAMINE than real sex. Real sex is "boring" to most men who watch porn. 

✅ One of the MAJOR reasons why men watch porn: porn requires no courage. Porn never rejects you. Porn asks nothing from you in return. Porn is like a kid in a candy shop with an unlimited shopping spree.... every day.  We are DEEPLY wired to be sexual beings. It's written in out DNA.  Most kids are exposed at age 10-11 and have no "guard rails". The PREFRONTAL CORTEX of the brain takes 25 years to develop, which means that men younger than that have lowered impulse control. Leap of Courage teaches how to strengthen the prefrontal cortex oof the brain, at ANY age!
