Objective: To save the state of California large amounts of money by reducing the number of prison sentences, massively help with addiction recovery, and reintegrating registered sex offenders back into society after serving their prison time. This helps prevent drug and sex related illegal activities, and prevents recurring offenses, at any stage of the judicial process.Ā
