What you need, without compromise:
A kick ass pair of headphones
An eye mask or blindfold
A firm place to fully lay down with room, like a big rug or very firm mattress (no pillow or small pillow. You do not want your head very elevated, as it restricts airflow)
Bravery
100% zero distractions. If you are listening with your phone, turn off all of your notifications completely.
Don't be task oriented for the time that follows.
The last 7 songs are for integration, with normal, relaxed breathing. Stay and lay for as many of them as you want. Integration is super important.
