CUSTOMER AGREEMENT AND WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

Welcome to the Leap of Courage program!  Before you begin, we require each participant to acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully and signify your agreement by clicking the "I Agree" button at the bottom of this page.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Terms

Nature of Services: I understand that this program, provided by Footprints of the Heart, LLC, is designed to support individuals seeking to overcome porn addiction and other sex-related addictions. I acknowledge that the services offered are for coaching purposes only and do not replace professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Voluntary Participation: I hereby confirm that my decision to participate in Leap of Courage is made voluntarily and with a full understanding of the nature of the services provided. I agree to engage in the process to the best of my ability.

Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement

Protection of Participant Privacy: In participating in Leap of Courage, you will be interacting with other individuals who are also on their personal journeys to overcome harmful sex-related behaviors. It is of utmost importance that we create and maintain a safe, respectful, and private environment for all participants. To this end, you agree to:

• Respect Privacy: Not disclose, share, or disseminate any personal information about other participants outside of the program. This includes, but is not limited to, names, pictures, comments, and video footage.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Keep confidential the identity of other participants and any personal stories, experiences, or information shared within the program sessions, discussions, or any other program-related communications.
• No Recording: Not record (audio or video) any live sessions, meetings, or interactions within the program without the express written consent of all participants present and Footprints of the Heart, LLC.

Consequences of Violation: Any participant found to be violating this confidentiality and privacy agreement will be subject to immediate removal from Leap of Courage. This includes losing access to all program materials, sessions, and any program-related online platforms or communities, without a refund. This strict policy is in place to ensure that all participants feel safe and supported in sharing and participating fully in the program.

Assumption of Risk: I recognize that participation may involve discussing personal and sensitive topics that could evoke strong emotions. I agree to assume all risks associated with my participation and release Footprints of the Heart, LLC, and its coaches from any liability for any adverse effects experienced.

Refund Policy: Footprints of the Heart, LLC, through the Leap of Courage program, is committed to providing value and satisfaction to all our participants. Should you, however, complete the program in its entirety within six months from the date of purchase, actively engage by asking at least six questions in our Bravery Bootcamp for live coaching, and still find yourself not satisfied with the results, you may qualify for a refund. To initiate a refund under these conditions, you must:

• 1. Provide proof of program completion within six months from the purchase date.
• 2. Show evidence of active participation, including asking a minimum of six questions in Bravery Bootcamp sessions.
• 3. Submit a written declaration of your dissatisfaction with the program results.
• 4. Get on a Zoom call with Jessica and tell her what you found in the program that didn't work for you, so that the program can be made better for those that come after you.  

Upon meeting these conditions, Footprints of the Heart, LLC will review your refund request. We reserve the right to verify your participation and engagement before issuing a refund. This policy is in place to encourage full engagement and effort from our participants, as we believe this is essential for achieving meaningful progress. In the state of California, there is also a mandatory 3-day refund policy to mitigate “buyer’s remorse.” We aim to provide such an amazing experience that you will want to stay on with us!

No Guarantee of Outcome: I understand that while Leap of Courage aims to provide meaningful support and guidance, no specific outcomes can be guaranteed. My progress depends on various personal factors, including my commitment and actions outside of the coaching sessions.

Release of Liability: By agreeing to these terms, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Footprints of the Heart, LLC, its officers, coaches, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that might be incurred during my participation in Leap of Courage.

Confidentiality and Privacy: I understand that Footprints of the Heart, LLC respects my privacy and agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the information shared during the program, subject to legal obligations and exceptions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in
